Return policy: Earthworm Plants currently offers store credit on all products.  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Your return must be sent within 7 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. If you fail to send your return in 7 days from the shipped date, your return request will be voided.

Lost or stolen packages: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. Earthworm Plants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned into the courier system.

What do I do if my package was not delivered? Please contact the carrier for further information. Earthworm Plants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as we do not have control over the package once it has left our facility. We do offer, for an additional charge, the option to have a signature release of the package to ensure the item arrives safely to its new home. We suggest using this option.

**Once a package has left our facility, Earthworm Plants will no longer be responsible for the package. We cannot control clearance, lost or stolen packages, and/or delayed “out for delivery” times. Please contact the provided shipping company to assist with these issues as our team cannot. We typically ship with USPS**

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We do not currently allow orders to be shipped to more than 1 address. To do so, we ask that you please place these orders separately to the respective addresses.

Return Costs:  Earthworm Plants will not be responsible for return shipping charges. If the item you received is incorrect or damaged then Earthworm Plants will cover all shipping costs. 

Cancelations: Earthworm Plants does not accept order cancellations. We reserve our product availability based on the order in which items are placed. 

Exchanges: We do accept exchanges only for store credit within the 14 day period. We do not provide product for product exchanges.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. How long will it take for my order to ship?

We understand the importance of rapid order fulfilment and delivery. All orders take roughly 1-2 business days to fully process and 2-5 days to deliver. Orders containing plants will only be shipped on Monday - Wednesday to decrease chance of spending the weekend at a shipping facility.


Shipping Cost:

Shipping and handling costs are determined USPS bases on the weight of the products and the destination.
